I stayed in a solo room at hotel Campo Marzio & I'm very happy with the service and the price. It's a traditional hotel & is the nearest to Vicenza train station which suited me as I took trains most days. The city centre is just behind. The condition of the hotel, the dining room & my room is good. Furniture is wooden & only the worktop is a bit worn which is normal. The bathroom equipment seems new & is of solid quality. The shower has horizontal jets which cannot be shut as its control tap seems broken. A large window looking on residences prevents the room feeling small. The housekeeping team keep the room & bathroom very clean. Breakfast buffet at 7am is very good in variety & quality, you just request the hot drink you wish. Around 15 paid parking spaces for guest cars are at the front. What made my stay enjoyable was the staff, they are all professional, friendly & know enough English. I would stay here again for the right price. At departure, a €2 daily city tax is charged.

The hotel is situated just outside one of the main gates of central Vicenza. All the shopping, restaurants and main squares are within a short walking distance. We found it very well located.the hotel exceeded expectations and we were very comfortable in a superb room. The welcome from Massimo was first class, warm and friendly, courteous and he gave us excellent dining recommendations and advice about Vicenza. The hotel had no issue with storing our bicycles and were very bike friendly. All in all a terrific hotel. We had a fantastic breakfast the following morning.

Hotel Campo Marzio has a fantastic location—perfect for exploring Vicenza on foot. The bathroom was modern, clean, and surprisingly spacious, which was a real highlight. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. However, the room itself felt a bit small, and the working table wasn't ideal for getting much done. The bed frame was an older wooden structure and not firmly attached, which affected the comfort a bit. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few room-related drawbacks.

This hotel offers not only a great location near a lovely park but also spacious, bright rooms with fantastic views. The breakfast is solid and satisfying, just what you need to start the day. What truly stands out, though, is the staff—Massimo and his colleague are exceptionally friendly, cheerful, and always ready with helpful recommendations, without ever being intrusive. All in all, a very pleasant stay. We’ll be back!

The hotel is nice and close to the station and is comfortable and tastefully furnished. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the Corso Palladio and be right in the historic area and around many restaurants and bars etc.The young woman at reception was friendly and helpful and everything in my room (a/c, shower, towels, comfort of the bed) was great. They also serve an excellent breakfast from 7-10.
